150-seat award-winning Aubergine Grille is a show kitchen restaurant, where you
can watch our culinary masters prepare your meals for breakfast, lunch, and
dinner. Aubergine, the French name for eggplant, an extremely adaptable
vegetable, is reflective of the versatility of our menus and atmosphere. Located

Westin WhistlerWith oversize windows that command views of the majestic snow-crested Rainbow and Sproat Mountains, seating in the Aubergine Grille spills over to to our patio, where we can accommodate an additional 70 seats in the summer months Our patio is considered the place to be for sunset dining in Whistler.
Our menus change seasonally and for dinner, the entreés are perfectly paired with a bottle of wine from our extensive wine list, which Wine Spectator Magazine has recognized with their "Award of Excellence" for the past five years.
