Directions:

From the BC Ferries Swartz Bay Terminal
Follow the Pat Bay Highway ( south on Hwy 17) into downtown, where it will turn into Blanshard Street. Turn right onto Broughton Street, left on Gordon Street and then left onto Courtney Street to the Magnolia Hotel.

From the Victoria International Airport
Follow the signs to Victoria they will lead you on Willingdon and Canora Roads out of the Airport to McTavish Road where you will turn left. Turn right onto the Pat Bay Highway #17 south and follow to downtown, where it will turn into Blanshard Street. Turn right onto Broughton Street, left on Gordon Street and then left onto Courtney Street.

From Harbour Air, West Coast Air and Kenmore Air Seaplane Terminals
Walk up to Wharf Street which is above the terminals. Cross at the pedestrian cross walk which leads to the corner of Courtney Street, follow until you get to the Magnolia Hotel which is two blocks away.

From the Coho - Blackball transport Ferry from Port Angeles, WA
Turn left onto Belleville Street, left at Government Street, and right at
Courtney Street. The Magnolia Hotel Approximately 5 minutes if you are walking, 2 minutes by Taxi.

Getting To Victoria From Washington State by Ferry:
Victoria Clipper operates a passenger ferry between Seattle, Washington and Victoria. Victoria Clipper arrives in the Inner Harbour area. From there it’s a short walk, head north on Government Street and turn right on Courtney Street and you will find The Magnolia at the corner of Gordon Street. Getting to Victoria from Vancouver by Float Plane:
Departing every 30 minutes from downtown Vancouver and touching down about 35 minutes later in Victoria's Inner Harbour. Once you arrive, walk up to Wharf Street which is above the terminals. Cross at the pedestrian crosswalk which, leads to the corner of Courtney Street, follow until you get to the Magnolia Hotel which, is two blocks away.
