The view of the lagoon is peaceful and relaxing. The Sunday buffet was
pricy, but very nice. There was a problem with bugs ALL OVER the
balcony. You can't go outside. They are only on the balcony though. And
most active in the AM.

HAVE NOT STAYED IN A HOTEL LATELY THAT HAD SUCH GOOD, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY
SERVICE. EVEN THOUGH UNDER RENOVATION IT WAS A VERY GOOD BUY AND I WOULD
DEFINITLY RECOMMEND IT.

Amenities were quite expensive but the rooms were very clean the beds
were so comfortable very happy with this hotel.

THE HOTEL WAS MARVELOUS!!! THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. THE
RESTURANT NAMED TONY CHANGS SERVED GREAT TASTY FOOD. I LOVED THE HOT
TUBS. I WILL STAY THERE WHENEVER I VISIT MIAMI. THE ONLY THING NEGATIVE
I WOULD SAY IS THAT THEY SHOULD CONSIDER FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE
AIRPORT SINCE THEIR ARE THE DOUBLETREE...

We stayed here night before our cruise. Coffee shop had a great
breakfast price, but bad service the day we were there and a long line
waiting to get in. So we went next door and paid more to have a
leisurely and good breakfast. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Front
desk staff efficient. It is located a short cab ride away from Lincoln
Road area--where night life is in full swing. We would stay there again.
We paid more than small town, Midwest prices we experience around home,
It was worth it.

The hotel was beautiful. Close to the night life in Miami beach. I would
recommend to all.

Shuttle service from airport in 30 min. and shuttle to cruise port.
Rooms musty smelling, air conditioner leaked and soaked floor by bed.
Only one elevator worked. Very small continental breakfast, small
muffin, juice, apple. Pool area nice. Bennigan's close by for dinner.
Would probably not stay here again.

Room was nice and clean, apparently recently remodeled. Had to wait at
airport because first shuttle that came by was full. Got on second
shuttle (40 min. later) but was crammed in with luggage. They need to
pull a trailer for luggage as some of the other shuttles do.
