The Hotel Hacienda is affordable and well located, close to beach, airport,
downtown. Facility is well kept and in good condition. Not luxurious, but great
for any traveler on a budget.

This place will fool you with their courtyard. It was beautiful. But the fun
ends there. Our room had a full size bed when they say it's a queen. There was a
1/2 eaten fig cookie under the table and the sheets smelled. The pool and hot
tub were out of service and they didn't even tell us. We found out when we went
down to go swimming and the elevators only worked 1 day out of our 3 night stay.
The nights by the fire place in the court yard were very nice and the service
was polite but I would NEVER stay there again.

The rooms are comfortable and the conference facilities are fine. Staff is very
courteous and problems get resolved right away. But their restaurants are
overpriced and there is nothing nearby. So you are pretty much stuck there
unless you have a rental car.

I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I was a little concerned at
first because of other comments. But, it wasn't at all like this when I stayed
there.

Stayed here 4 nights with boyfriend, in college so on a budget. Room was clean,
shower hot, grounds were much more pleasant than ugly exterior would suggest.
Great value. Stop expecting five star amenities out of a two star place. I'd
stay here again.

This place is very nice and clean. It takes less than 5 minutes to get to LAX.
The room was well furnshed and we enjoyed our one night. Next morning hopped on
the shuttle and took off for Hawaii. I was sorry we did not stay we were not
able to stay there when we returned. |
