Four Points Review:

During my 4-day stay, only one ice maker was working in the entire hotel, and it was on the 9th floor. In the mornings, the bakery in the lobby had numerous items listed on the menu, but none ready to eat. When we returned to the room after 10:00 p.m., there was no answer at the wake up call number or the front desk.

Four Points Review:

Their Internet never worked. They have no tech ("look at the manual," they said), and my husband, who is a techie by profession, could never get the Internet to function. I was not pleased, as the use of Internet was one reason I chose this hotel in the first place. Au Bon Pain was out of almost everything when I went downstairs to grab dinner. The next morning, they were also out of many of the pastries on their menu. Overall, I expected more from Sheraton.
