| Traditional in atmosphere and service, the
Cincinnatian Hotel captures the warmth and gracious artistry of the turn
of the century. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this
hotel is housed in a French Second Empire-style building built in 1882.
Completely renovated in 1987, it still features the original walnut and
marble grand central staircase, the original facade, and a dramatic
eight-story central atrium.
The hotel's Palace Restaurant features gourmet cuisine in an elegant
dining room. The Cricket Lounge offers bistro fare and live piano music
in the evenings. In keeping with the hotel's appetite for elegance, a
traditional afternoon tea, accompanied by harp music, is served in the
lounge October through May. Additional hotel facilities include a
fitness room with sauna and massage. Services include coffee in the
lobby every morning, overnight shoeshine, valet parking, and laundry/dry
cleaning services.
Guestroom facilities and services include evening turndown, weekday
newspaper delivery, safe, iron/ironing board, minibar, room service,
desk, two telephones, Internet access, hairdryer, bathrobe, and radio
alarm clock. Non-smoking and handicap-accessible rooms are available.
