| This hotelis in the process of renovating
the hotel to become a full service Marriott. All of the available
sleeping rooms have been completely renovated and are beautifully
appointed with Marriott pillowtop bedding, stylish furniture, and
luxurious bath.They are, however, still renovating the outside of the
hotel as well as the lobby, pool area, and fitness facility. The
Charleston Marriott is located on the Ashley River, approximately one
mile from the historic district and 10 miles from Charleston
International Airport. It's six blocks from the marina and four miles
from Patriot's Point.
