Service was extremely friendly, efficient, and helpful. Beds were the best we've
had in a hotel ever.

The staff were great. When we got there a valet stepped forward immediately to
help us. Check-in was quick and our bags reached our rooms two minutes after we
did. Check-out was fast as well. The only small complaint we had was being
charged for local calls when the literature in the rooms said local calls were
free.

Personnel friendly and responsive to requests. Room was wonderfully quiet even
though there were conventions being held there. Location near Stevens Ave. and
ease of driving made the visit outstanding.

In the suite that we had on the gold floor the bed was not very stable. Overall,
it was a beautiful facility and had the typical Fairmont Elegance. The service
level at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise was a notch or two higher, but even at
that the service in Calgary was very good.

Hotel is brand new, nice pool, clean rooms, nice furnishings, big bathroom, good
service, nice workout facitliy, right in the middle town within steps to the
Calgary Tower. Great rate for a high class hotel.

Sandman downtown is a great place to stay when you want a weekend get-away,
perfect for walking around on a sat. afternoon- c-train availability to the
superb service we received last time and I just booked us again for next month.

AMAZING! Staff are friendly, quick and courteous. Rooms and pool area very tidy.
Gym well maintained. Beds very luxurious. Very agreeable front desk staff. Have
stayed here many times before and love it just as much!

The Sheraton is ideally situated on the banks of the river and within a few
minutes walk to the shopping malls in the city and to the public trains and
buses. The brick paved surroundings, the quaint street lighting add to the
ambiance of the setting. There are nice bars, restaurants and the Market place
across the street. The staff were extremely helpful and made our stay really
pleasant.

Great location, very close to Eau Claire Market with lots of restaurants,
Prince's Island Park, Bow river. Also very close to downtown shopping (Banker's
Hall, etc). Excellent bed, like the full shower stall instead of tub. Fitness
room and pool look out over Calgary skyline & can see mountains while working
out!
